Our Mission

To provide a safe aviation environment by offering excellent customer service,

fostering regional economic development, while promoting aviation

interests and education, continually enhancing growth with improvement.

Our Vision

A premiere airport providing first class service for all aviation needs.

A highlight of Pine Bluff Regional Airport’s annual calendar is “Operation Skyhook,” a fly-in sponsored by Black Pilots

of America, Inc. Every Memorial Day weekend, member chapters arrive for a few days’ fun, aviation camaraderie and serious flying competition. Most of the participants own their aircraft and take great pride in showing off their most prized possessions. Generous BPA, Inc. members volunteer to give airplane rides – “Young Eagle flights” – to hundreds of enthusiastic kids from the surrounding area.

“Operation Skyhook” culminates with an awards banquet with trophies awarded to the members who have demonstrated their superior flying skills as well as the chapter with the highest accumulated points. There is also an individual “Top Gun Award” for the supreme pilot accumulating the highest number of points.

Airport Rules and Regulations

Pine Bluff Regional Airport operates on “common sense” principles. The Pine Bluff Aviation Commission, airport management and staff are committed to the safety and enjoyment of the facility by every visitor. To this end, we have established a code of conduct that can be downloaded by activating the switch at right.
